This unashamedly modern building really stands out from the crowd amongst the listed mill buildings of Ancoats.
Designed by architects MBLA, the modernist style white cube of BS41 is a great example of cutting edge urban design. MBLA were so pleased with the result that they relocated their own offices in to the building!
