Waulk Mill was one of the first of Ancoats’ historic mills to be restored.
Awarded an RIBA award for architecture in 2003, it’s a fine example of how modern design-led offices and Victorian architecture can provide a truly unique work space with bags of character.
The mix of tenants includes digital design agencies, architects and public sector bodies - many of which have been based at Waulk Mill since its initial refurbishment.
