This decadent dining destination was designed by Miguel Cancio Martins of Buddha Bar fame and is a super-chic Asian fusion restaurant.
The stylish upstairs bar houses an eclectic mix of Buddha statues, designer wallpaper, translucent lamps and egg-shaped cocoons filled with pillows, and its extensive cocktail list is perfect for pre/post dinner drinks.
Head Chef Chumpol Jangprai is renowned for his innovative Thai cuisine which he has injected into Vermillion Cinnabar's modern Oriental menu. The restaurant also boasts a private dining room with a revolving red table, climate controlled wine cellars, a chauffeur service, and valet parking.
Proposals have now also been submitted by Vermillion to create a £3m banqueting suite at the site, catering for weddings, conferences and exhibitions with capacity for up to 800 guests.
