New contemporary home development by Lovells.
After the success of The Way housing development in nearby Beswick, the developer Lovells is planning to build more than1,000 new contemporary, cutting-edge houses in Miles Platting.
This development will be among the first to be built, a collection of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses alongside a number of apartments for smaller households, both for rent and for purcahse. The development will also include a number of new green spaces, including a new park to run alongside the Rochdale canal.
