Three old high-rise blocks are to be given a new lease of life by hip developer Urban Splash.
Following the success of their 3 Towers development on Rochdale Road, Urban Splash have plans to do a similar makeover to three existing blocks in Miles Platting, called Rodney, Saltford and Chippenham Courts. The refurbishment will give the blocks a brand new look and provide a range of high-quality 1 and 2 bedroom apartments to rent and to buy.
