New Metrolink stop for Holt Town

Metrolink is coming to East Manchester with a new Metrolink stop under construction at Holt Town.
Construction of the new Metrolink line through East Manchester to Droylsden is well underway and Holt Town will get its very own Metrolink stop, due to open in Spring 2012.
Once completed, the Metrolink network will make Holt Town one of the city's best connected spots, with direct routes into the city centre and on to a wide range of locations across Greater Manchester, including Chorlton, Didsbury and Altrincham to the south, The Quays and MediaCityUK to the west, plus Bury, Oldham, Ashton and Tameside to the north and east.
